What kind of management is this I am currently in dumka patna express this train was reached Hansdiha at 3 pm but it was halted here to pass bhagalpur howrah vandebharat express which was not even reached Barahat junction.Dumka patna express could have reached mandar hil station when bhagalpur howrah vandebharat reached barahat jn.Vandebharat must be given priority but it doesn't mean other trains should be halted for 1.5 hrs just to pass a single high priority train
